Why I love this land

We live in the country. Our closest neighbor isn't within walking distance (unless you have 10 minutes to spare).  Our home sits on several acres of land in addition to the farm land that surrounds our property that is owned by David's family. Its our own personal little piece of paradise, to us anyway.

I can't stress enough how blessed I am to have the view I do from my back porch. My back porch/patio truly is my favorite part of our home. It isn't fancy or anything. Just a simple back porch with a concrete slab, but to me, its amazing. Its where summer sunsets like this happen and we just so happen to be lucky enough to have a front row seat to the show! Many of our free nights during the summer are spend on our patio chairs with a cold beer watching the sun go down and listening to the crickets chirp. It probably isn't something that everyone would understand or appreciate, but its something that I don't think I could possibly live without. Those city lights are pretty y'all, but it just ain't my style!
