This blog has no purpose, rhyme, or reason. Its simply a documentation of my life and the happenings in it! I'm not big on scrap-booking. I have little patience for very intricate things such as glue dots, borders, and photo squares. I'm a slow writer and writing a journal by hand usually cramps my style, literally! Therefore, what else was I to do? Blog, baby, blog!
So I'm new at this, be patient! :) And any suggestions, comments, or helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!
I'm not sure if there is a "right" place to start, but since this is my blog and I can do things my way, we will start with the basics.
I'm Charlee. Not Charlie, Charley, Charlii, Charli, Charly, etc. Just plain ole' Charlee - two E's. Ya got that? If not, you can call me Chuck. Really! I don't mind at all ;) My father-in-law gave me that nick name about 10 years ago when my hubby and I were dating and it just stuck. I know, I know its a little manly... but you'd have to know me personally to know that I rock "Chuck" womanly and proudly! :)
New wife to a high school teacher and baseball coach. Daughter to amazing parents. Sister to a brother half my age. Administrative assistant at a home health/home care agency. Best friend of a few close girlfriend for over 10 years! Mother to a 100 pounds of pure lovable Lab, named Bronx (we'll touch on this many times in the future, I'm sure) and a twenty-something year old just trying to balance everything in my life and have one heck of a time doing it!
As a "diary" of my life and thoughts this blog may show the good, the bad, and the ugly but I promise to always keep it real because this is real life and its my life and its not always a fairy tale, but its my tale on how it is, how it was, and how its gonna be!
